How we handle your data

This policy explains what personal data Atlasoft (“we”) collects through atlasoft.io and how we use it. Questions or requests: info@atlasoft.io.
What we collect
- Booking a call. When you book a consultation, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email and any answers you add, and shares them with us.
- Email. Whatever you choose to write to us at info@atlasoft.io.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
- Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count visits in aggregate and do not identify you.
Cookies
This site sets one functional cookie, lang, which remembers the language you chose for up to a year. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
Why we use it
We use this information only to prepare for and hold the call you booked, reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal you asked for (legal basis: steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Who processes it
Bookings are handled by Calendly, which processes them under its own privacy policy, and the site is served by our hosting provider. They process data only to provide these services. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details and enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of a contract.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@atlasoft.io. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
