This policy explains what personal data Atlasoft (“we”) collects through atlasoft.io and how we use it. Questions or requests: info@atlasoft.io.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, work email, company, industry and message, when you choose to send them.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
• Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that count visits in aggregate and do not identify you.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies or use tracking for advertising.

Why we use it

We use form data only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal you asked for (legal basis: steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by a form-processing service, and the site is served by our hosting provider. They process data only on our behalf. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of a contract.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@atlasoft.io. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
